This launching appliance has been designed, built and tested in full compliance with the requirements of Regulations 4 and 34, Chapter III of International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974, as Amended, Part 1 and Part 2 of MSC. 81(70) Revised Recommendation on Testing of Life-saving Appliance, as amended by MSC.226(82) and MSC. 427(98), and Chapter I and VI of MSC. 48(66) International Life-saving Appliance Code, as Amended by MSC. 218(82) and MSC. 425(98). This appliance relies on the self-weight of the lifeboat itself to release the lifeboat, which can continuously and quickly release the lifeboat to the water surface in a very short time. The crew can board the lifeboat from the storage position, and can control the winch hammer to lower the lifeboat through the remote control wire rope after boarding, and can also operate the winch hammer directly on the deck to realize the lowering action. This appliance is equipped with a boat fixing device to prevent the lifeboat from swaying violently in the wind and waves. The electric winch of this appliance can be used to recover the lifeboat with 2 persons or the rescue boat with 6 persons.
